Planned Infrastructure Upgrades

Our engineering team is conducting a comprehensive, rolling architectural upgrade to migrate our master database plane, telemetry ingestion loops, and console components to our new CockroachDB and OpenMeter clusters.

Maintenance Window & Service Impact

This maintenance will run as a continuous, rolling evolution over the next 7 days. The platform will remain online and usable. However, you may encounter temporary, isolated periods of partial degradation across the following services:

• Management Console (console.ancilebase.com): Brief, periodic loading lag or session timeouts as we roll out updated application bundles.
• Telemetry Ingestion Gateway (api.ancilebase.com): Short connection resets lasting only a few seconds while gateway routes update. Note: AncileBase kernel agents are built to automatically queue logs locally during these transient network drops, preventing data loss.
• Live Event Stream (stream.ancilebase.com): Intermittent WebSocket disconnects; live log views will self-reconnect automatically.
